As an international company how can we benefit from Employer Record Services?
International employees benefit from a company providing these services because they have the assurance that they’ll be paid on time, that their taxes are being withheld appropriately, and that their employer is operating within compliance of all local laws and standards.
Does this mean you manage my employees now?
No. We would only be taking care of your employees’ payroll, benefits, taxes and other back-office payroll issues, thus freeing you to manage the work of your employees without the hassle.
Once established, how do we ensure our employees are being paid on time and receiving their benefits? How do we track any PTO and/or bonuses?
You will receive a bi-weekly report of all transactions. Employees will also be able to log into the payroll provider employee access site to view paystubs, time off available, etc., along with access to their personal benefits portal.
Is there a fee to terminate services?
There is no fee to terminate services. All you need to do is provide a termination date as soon as possible. We understand sometimes terminations must occur immediately, and that is OK. What is most important is that sufficient time exists when a transition to a new employer of record (YOU!) will take place.
