What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
The strongest candidate will be more than a traditional requirements-focused Business Analyst. We are looking for someone who can comfortably move between business conversations and hands-on data analysis.
You should be able to speak with stakeholders to understand what they need, translate those needs for technical teams, use SQL to investigate the underlying data, and follow a requirement through implementation and validation.
This opportunity is particularly well suited for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems, working across business and engineering teams, and helping organizations improve how they use and deliver data.
